Our turnkey packages include the use of a Sold on Hold digital player that we send to you as part of our service agreement.  Our systems are considered the industry’s premium player, providing a combination of high quality sound reproduction and industrial strength reliability; eliminating the hassles and downtime associated with alternative low cost units.

Our machines use the highest quality tape/CD drive in the industry to deliver the messages and music from pre-recorded cassettes or CD’s into the digital memory for playback (no moving parts.) The high bandwidth ensures extra sharp, full-sounding playback with no silent gaps.
 The units are extremely simple to install and built for ease of use, taking only seconds for you to update the Sold on Hold program we create for you.
 
For multiple locations, or where regular updates are required, we also offer an array of specialized equipment, including units that allow you to record one or two messages yourself, internet based updates, and our digital-to-digital remote machine that can load the messages over the phone lines directly from our studio to your location(s), eliminating the need to deal with cassettes or CDs.
Every Sold on Hold digital player is fully guaranteed with replacement coverage at no charge to you.
